Terms of Service

Welcome to CBS Private Limited (“we,” “us,” “ CBS” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CBS website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Service and platform use

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.
• CBS Platform: Our Platform connects users seeking (“Customers”) with independent service providers also called as partners or experts (“Service Providers”). CBS is not a party to any agreement between Customers and Service Providers, and we do not provide ourselves.
• User Accounts: To use certain features of the Platform, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User Responsibilities

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting through the Platform.
• Service Provider Responsibilities: Service Providers agree to provide accurate information about their skills, qualifications, and availability on the Platform. Service Providers are responsible for fulfilling the agreed-upon services with the Customers, maintaining appropriate licenses and insurances, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Correction Work: In case you are not satisfied with the job performed by our experts, you are required to inform us within 48 hours of the job completion to avail yourself of a free correction or rework job.

Damage Liability: If any damage occurs to your household items and furniture, we are liable to pay only up to 20% of the order or job value. Also, for us to bear the aforementioned cost, the damage needs to be reported within 24 hours of job completion.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

(a) Violating any applicable law or regulation;

(b) Impersonating another person or entity;

(c) Using the Platform to solicit or promote illegal activities;

(d) Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful content;

(e) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts;

(f) Interfering with or disrupting the Platform’s functionality or security.

Payments and Fees

Third-Party Payment Processors: If you choose to use third-party payment processors integrated with the Platform, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. CBS is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to payments made through third-party processors.

Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Clean Fanatics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: Clean Fanatics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Platform content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Platform Use: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
• Platform Content: We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
• Service Providers: CBS does not endorse or guarantee the quality, reliability, or safety of Service Providers or their services. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or conduct of Service Providers or Customers.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account and stop using the Platform at any time by following the instructions provided on the Platform.
• Termination by CBS: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

General Provisions

• Modifications: CBS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CBS concerning the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
